Aromatherapy Massage is the use of different essential oils, blended together specifically for each person’s needs, and then used to give a body massage. It is helpful in many areas including: stress, anxiety, depression, insomnia, muscle aches, pains, headaches, arthritis, colds, flu, relaxation, and it works on the emotional, physical, and mental well being of the individual. It is a 50-minute massage and the areas worked on include the legs, feet, arms, hands, back, neck, face and head.
Hot Stone massage uses stones that are heated and strategically placed on and under the body to help the client relax, de-stress, and the stones also help balance the chakras. Then Ann use hot stones to give a full body massage that is very therapeutic. It is a 60-minute massage and the areas worked on include the legs, feet, arms, hands, back, neck, face and head.
